What should I bring to a free consultation with an Employment Lawyer?
Whether you are speaking to a lawyer over the phone or meeting in person, they are going to want to see:
your Employment Contract (if any);
your Termination Letter or any other communication that addresses the employment issue you are facing; and
photo ID
An employment lawyer will also want to know your age, years of service, role/position/responsibilities, and your salary.
