Yes. There are a number of mandatory postings and policies that Ontario employers are required to comply with, including:
Workplace Harassment and Sexual Harassment Policies;
Health and Safety and Workplace Violence Policies
Pay Equity; and
a joint Occupational Health and Safety committee.
